Programme Specialist
As a Programme Specialist in the Education sector, you will oversee and coordinate the implementation of UNESCO’s programmes and initiatives, while ensuring their successful delivery. You will also coordinate activities with different stakeholders and internal/external partners including NGOs and other international organizations, to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills – perfect if you have a background in international programming, education research or policy analysis.
International Consultant
UNESCO recruit international experts to help implement projects and initiatives. This can include working on research, assessment, evaluation and planning for various global programs related to education, culture or science. Successful candidates should have strong knowledge of their particular field related to development and UNESCO’s work; this could include expertise in a specific scientific or educational area. To apply, you must demonstrate a combination of relevant experience, technical knowledge and skills that makes you stand out from the competition.
UN Partnership Consultant
As a UN Partnership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing advice and strategic direction on the development and maintenance of partnerships to support UNESCO’s programs. You’ll help advise on implementing and evaluating collaborative initiatives with partner institutions and other organizations to create effective synergies. You’ll also need a strong understanding of relevant policies, laws and regulations to ensure compliance. A minimum of five years of experience in partnership strategy is required for this position.
