TRANS BOUNDARY RIVERS OF SOUTH ASIA PROGRAM MANAGER
OI is recruiting for a Transboundary Rivers of South Asia Program Manager to join the team in India. You will lead in establishing a new program that seeks to protect and restore the water resources of South Asia. Your excellent networking and collaboration skills will be instrumental in achieving success, as you engage with government officials, NGOs, civil society organisations, and other key stakeholders.
Senior International Reward Business Partner
OI is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior International Reward Business Partner to join their team. Your location will be flexible and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global reward activities. You will provide guidance on job evaluations, salary review, job design and fair remuneration practices across the organisation. Additionally, you will analyse data to identify pay trends in countries around the world.
East Africa Food crisis Response Manager
The East Africa Food crisis Response Manager will provide technical assistance in the design and implementation of Oxfam’s response to food crises in Kenya, Ethiopia and Somalia. You will work closely with country teams, partners, other Oxfam affiliates and external stakeholders to ensure transparent and gender responsive distribution of relief resources. As an experienced project manager you will bring effective leadership capabilities to this role.
Head of International HR Operations
OI is looking for a Head of International HR Operations who will be responsible for coordinating and leading international practical initiatives, as well as driving the development of staff in the emerging markets where Oxfarm International operates. You will work closely with the Field Directors to ensure that personnel management processes are effective, equitable and transparent across all countries. You should have strong experience in both strategic and operational aspects of human resources and be passionate about supporting organisational growth through the development of our people.
