Project Adminstrator
As a Project Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and organizational support for UNIDO’s projects. This might include financial planning and monitoring, contract management, budgeting, organizing conferences and workshops, as well as giving clear direction to staff in the field. If you have strong project efficiencies and coordination skills this could be the perfect role for you.
Project Associate
A Project Associate is responsible for providing support to UNIDO projects, which might include research, project documentation, managing team meetings, logistics and administration. You’ll have excellent communication skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders involved in the project. You’ll need to be comfortable working within a multi-cultural environment and must have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
Team Assistant
The Team Assistant provides a wide range of administrative and secretarial support services to the team. These include arranging meetings, preparing agendas, minutes of meetings; liaising with partners, coordinating office operations and managing the project’s information systems among other tasks. To get this job you need extensive knowledge in relevant computer applications and must have strong organizational skills.
