UNICEF’s Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) provides services to UNICEF offices around the world in the areas of finance, master data management, human resources, payroll, IT customer care, and business innovation.
What to expect from the UNICEF fresh graduate programme?
- Rotational on the job practical training and work in the areas of finance and human resources
- Opportunity to innovate and work on transformational projects
- Technical, skills and career training
- One year entry level job as temporary appointment, with net salary of approximately HUF 455,000 stating as of 1 Sep 2023
- Upon the completion of the UNICEF Fresh Graduates programme, you will be able to apply and be considered for regular UNICEF positions
You will execute global transactions including updating of UNICEF staff and job- related information in the Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, processing invoices, getting involved with general accounting, maintaining, and monitoring reports and ensuring that timely action is taken related to financial transactions and transitions related to status of entitlements and allowances in accordance with UN Staff Rules and Regulations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures. You will also perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in projects as relevant during the UNICEF Fresh Graduates Programme.
