About SADC-GMI Young Professionals Programme (YPP):
SADC-GMI aims to be a center of excellence in equitable and sustainable groundwater management. Its YP program is designed to involve young minds in water-related conversations, driving progress and innovation.

Why Join?
 Be empowered to assume roles as catalysts for transformative change in the water sector 
 Participate in capacity building programmes, regional forums and GW collaborative projects. 
 Promote inclusivity and diversity in the water sector.

Objectives:
Identify and gather talented individuals to solve water challenges
Create a comprehensive database of YPs in the water sector
Increase participation in SADC-GMI activities
Provide a platform for knowledge sharing and capacity building

Eligibility:
Age: 21-35 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
Passion: Commitment to the Water Sector
Values: Alignment with SADC-GMI’s values
