Overview

GWNET in collaboration with the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA) and Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) are excited to launch its fourth cohort of a mentorship programme specifically targeting women in the clean cooking sector in Africa, Asia, and Haiti.

The Women in Clean Cooking Mentorship programme will span over eleven months and aims to empower women in junior and middle-management positions to advance their career through mentoring, networking and knowledge development.

Following the success of its 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohort they are thrilled to continue supporting and uplifting women in the clean cooking sector. In 2025, the “Women in Clean Cooking” (WICC) mentorship program will support women in the clean cooking sector, offering benefits that include:

  • Gaining experience from seasoned professionals in the energy sector;
  • Obtaining career-enhancing activities to support concrete goals;
  • Enhancing professional and personal development;
  • Fostering strategic thinking and innovative ideas.
