This is your chance to join the Africa @nextgreenleaders Eccelerator (ANGLE); a fully funded program designed to power your innovation, leadership, and impact.
The African Youth Bootcamp for Climate will take place in Nairobi, Kenya | August 11–15, 2025 Proudly powered by the Green Generation Initiative in collaboration with Mercy Corps.

Eligibility
- Green Generation Initiative seek passionate African youth ready to transform their climate solutions into impactful initiatives that drive real change.
- A dynamic African youth (aged 18–35) with a green solution or initiative, seeking to pilot or scale their growth and impact.
- Developing a climate-related idea, start-up or organization. Your initiative can be at any stage of development.
- Passionate about solving real environmental challenges
- Ready to learn, grow, and collaborate with peers across Africa
- Committed to driving change
- Determined to make an impact within your community or sector
Important Guidelines
- Please review these essential guidelines before submitting your application to ensure the best possible submission.
- Be honest and clear. Green Generation Initiative is not looking for perfection but want passion, clarity, and commitment.
- Be specific. Use metrics, real examples, and short explanations to explain your idea or work and its potential for impact.
- Select only one thematic track that best aligns with your work.
- Word limits are stated for each section. Please keep your responses concise and within the limits.
- Upload a short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself, founder, if any and your initiative. A simple phone-recorded video is acceptable.
