From the 8th to 24th of August 2025, over 100 of Africa’s most exceptional students, changemakers, and bold dreamers will convene virtually for one of the continent’s most anticipated youth leadership summits. These are the pioneers of tomorrow — selected from universities, communities, and innovation hubs across Africa — and you are invited to witness, learn, and grow alongside them. This is your front-row seat to the making of Africa’s future.
What to Expect
Opening Ceremony – August 8
A grand welcome experience to set the tone. Expect fireside conversations, keynote addresses, and the unveiling of the 2025 Awardees — featuring thought leaders, trailblazers, and dignitaries passionate about Africa’s rise.
Closed-Door Leadership Labs – August 9–22 (Awardees Only)
For the awardees, an immersive 2-week experience filled with intensive masterclasses on leadership, public speaking, entrepreneurship, policy design, tech innovation, personal branding, and purpose-led impact. Each session is curated to ignite courage, craft character, and prepare leaders for continental relevance and global responsibility.
Graduation & Recognition Ceremony – August 24
A moving celebration of growth, grit, and greatness. As the curtain closes, the ceremony honor those who stood tall, showed promise, and proved ready to lead. Certificates, awards, next-steps, and an open invitation to the Top100 Africa Alumni Circle.
