Are you building a venture that can transform Africa’s clean energy, climate, or infrastructure landscape? This is your moment. Outlier Venture Lab, on behalf of CEA Investment Fund, is scouting for innovative entrepreneurs, SMEs and startups across Sub-Saharan Africa seeking equity investments between 500K USD and 15M USD.​

Who is eligible?​

Sector fit:
Your business must operate in areas like renewable energy, e-mobility, clean cooking, sustainable agriculture, circular economy, etc.​

Location:
Operating in Sub-Saharan Africa, especially Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, or Tanzania​.

Impact:
Strong contributions to climate action, SDGs, and ESG goals (e.g., emissions reduction, inclusive job creation)​.

Financial readiness:
Scalable model and clear revenue strategy​.
