Join the WEFE4MED Summer Schools 2026, an interactive learning experience combining expert-led webinars with a hands-on Summer Camp in Rabat, Morocco.
Throughout the programme, participants will:

Selected participants attending the Summer Camp will receive support for international travel, accommodation, local transportation, and meals.

WEFE4MED Summer Schools 2026 Application
The online application form is intended for postgraduate students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, young professionals, and practitioners in at least 1 of the states participating in PRIMA or in one of the members of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership Process (Barcelona Process), with priority to Mediterranean climatic zones who are interested in advancing their knowledge of the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) Nexus and contributing to sustainable development in the region.
The Summer Schools consist of
– 1st Online Webinar: 6 October 2026
– Summer Camp (Rabat, Morocco): 12–16 October 2026
– 2nd Online Webinar: 20 October 2026
Selected participants are expected to actively participate in all three components of the programme. Participation in the Summer Camp is fully funded by the WEFE4MED project, covering eligible travel, accommodation, local transportation, and meals in accordance with the project travel policy.
Before completing this application, please ensure that you have:
- Registered as a member of the WEFE4MED Community of Practice.
- Completed the required WEFE4MED online modules.
- Prepared your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and any other requested supporting documents.
Applications will be evaluated based on applicants’ academic or professional background, and interest in the WEFE Nexus approach.
