Head of Internal Communications Role Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Head of Internal Communications. Brief Summary Of Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities of Head of Internal Communications The Head of Internal Communications will lead a global internal communications strategy that provides direction and creates alignment among key stakeholders and ensures internal communications forms a cohesive narrative that informs, builds trust and inspires staff on our mission, supports culture change and creates a sense of belonging for all. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Lead and set the direction and vision for the Internal Communications team and the global internal communications network – to inspire them around what’s possible and to drive them forward in delivering high-quality, high-impact results.
