CHEF DE PARTIE

As an expert line cook, you will help the Culinary management team maintain seamless operations by overseeing food production activities and meal services within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with presentation, quality, cost-effectiveness and sanitation standards.

VSP ATTENDANT

 A member of our Amazing Housekeeping Team, the VSP Attendant is responsible for eliminating any insect infestations around the ship. Keeping record of all pest activity treatments and inspections.  This role ensure our ships remain pest free comply with USPH regulations regarding infestations and pests.

PATISSIER

Use your attention to detail and creative flair to produce cakes, cookies, desserts and pastries for our guests and crew members, focusing on meeting presentation, quality, cost-effectiveness and sanitation standards. You will also assist the Chef de Partie – Pastry and other members of the Bakery/Pastry team in their duties.

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the ship’s ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You will be working closely with the Chief Refrigeration Officer to ensure that these systems function smoothly throughout our voyages.
