About iLead Fellowship Programme
Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa invites young Africans, aged 18-35 years, who are passionate about addressing the following key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SGD-1 (No Poverty), SDG-4 (Quality Education), SDG-8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG-13 (Climate Action), and SDG-16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) for the iLEAD Fellowship Programme Cohort 11.
The iLEAD Fellowship, an initiative of ELF-Africa, is a transformative leadership development and mentorship program with our values-based leadership philosophy at the core, which equips you with life skills, civic consciousness, and practical exposure to the world of work. Through a tri-dimensional approach of training, mentorship, and coaching, we provide the tools, platforms, and linkages needed to unlock your potential, inspire change, and thrive both individually and as part of a community. Through a rigorous three-step recruitment process, we select the most promising candidates who align with our vision of creating social, economic, and political transformation.
Structure of the Program – This is a hybrid (physical and virtual) leadership training program with home assignments on different topics taking place twice a month for four months, 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EAT from June – September 2024.
