Internship Opportunities at The purpose of the Internship positions at Tetra Tech JOR
Jordan Water Efficiency and Conservation Activity (USAID WEC)
The Jordan Water Efficiency and Conservation Activity (UAID WEC) funded by USAID/Jordan and implemented by Tetra Tech ARD (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev). . APPLY NOW! WEC Activity is to increase water use efficiency and conservation in Jordan in the agriculture, industrial, and the municipal sectors and strengthening the Government of Jordan (GOJ) governance over irrigated agriculture and water demand management.
Tetra Tech is offering 6-month internship opportunities for up to 30 suitably qualified graduates interested in participating in water conservation interventions with USAID WEC partners active in the agriculture, industrial or municipal sectors. These internship positions will be based in different organizations (public and private) throughout Jordan. Each internship will be for an expected period of 6 months for which a daily stipend (allowance) will be paid.
Qualifications. Applicants should be graduates in relevant disciplines such as engineering, geology, sciences, water and environment, business administration, communications, graphic design, agricultural sciences, business administration, human resources, marketing, English literature and translation.

Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the fields listed above.
- The candidate is a recent university graduate. Previous work experience is not essential.
- The candidate should be available and not engaged with any other university programs.
- Must be computer literate (in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment.
