UNEP Internship Programme overview
Today’s global environmental challenges can be overcome but only with the best and the brightest on our team.
The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) regularly seeks qualified professionals in a wide range of fields. The UNEP Internship Programme workforce is made up of different categories.
To join the UNEP Internship programme applicants must at the time of application meet one of the following requirements:
a. Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
b. Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent);
c. Have graduated with a university degree and, if selected, must commence the UNEP internship programme within a one year period of graduation.
Be computer literate in standard software applications.
Preferred area of study: University degree (Master’s or equivalent is preferred) in a related UNEP internship programme field
