Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Certificate Program

Applying to the Certificate

Admissions for the 2024/2025 cohort of the Certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy will open January 2024.

Read below for information about the application process and documentation required.

The application opens January 9, 2024, and the deadline to submit your application for admission and scholarship is March 10, 2024, 11:59 p.m. EST. Check out the Important Dates page for additional program dates and the academic calendar.

Application Process

All of the information you need to prepare your application is on this page. You can find resources and an overview of our application process below.

The application system opens in January and closes in March. Complete applications received prior to the application deadline are guaranteed to be considered by the Admissions Review Committee. The Committee seeks to balance the cohort across sectors and industries and decisions regarding admission and scholarships will be sent in April.

Candidates who successfully completed an application online before the deadline, and who would have been accepted into the program if not for the cohort reaching its maximum size are placed on a waitlist. Candidates that have been placed on a waitlist are notified if a spot becomes available prior to the start of the program in July.

Before you apply, please review the curriculumprogram dates and technical requirementsto ensure you are able to complete the program and attend the required events.

Apply Early!

We encourage applicants to submit their application forms and supporting documents as early as possible before the March application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will automatically be rejected. Don’t risk it; apply early!

All application materials must be submitted through the electronic application form (accessible above on this page once applications are open). Please do not mail any material to CBEY.
