Internal Control Framework: Ensures the consistency and adequacy of affiliate’s internal control framework with the requirements of E&P. Be the SOX Coordinator and be responsible for the SOX campaigns within the affiliate Performs the coordination and assessment of the answers to Entity Level Controls (ELC) questionnaire Coordinates the planning, execution and reporting to HQ of SOX control self-assessments. HSE Lead – Solar Projects (Contract Assignment)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The HSE Lead shall promote a culture of continuous improvement of work processes to reduce HSE and security risks and assure a workplace where HSE is the focus in all we do. Safety for me, for you, for all. The HSE Lead is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to Health, Security, Safety, Societal, Environment and Occupational matters for projects during Construction, in compliance with TotalEnergies and TERUSA HSE policies, procedures and objectives (MAESTRO), international standards and requirements. The HSE Lead provides updates on progress with respect to the project HSE performance and oversees technical HSE to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance. MANAGEMENT: Provide overall leadership, coordination and facilitation of HSE activities for the project through all construction activities to deliver against TERUSA Expectations and ensure Operations Readiness. This will include (but not limited to): Facilitate root cause investigations of incidents Conduct documented HSE site inspections Ensure EPC contractor and subcontractors are following contractual HSE requirements Monitor and report HSE Performance during construction. This includes establishing KPIs, monitor statistics, analyze trends and propose and take remedial action if HSE targets are not met and when necessary. Senior Financial Reporting Analyst – Renewable Energy




Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is a key player in ensuring the integrity of the financial reporting processes for all activities within scope. The role is accountable for ensuring they remain up to date on standards and pronouncements, and for delivering the continued compliance with the relevant accounting standards and industry norms. Provide accounting, reporting and analysis with respect to a number of Distributed Generation Portfolios, including maintaining and improving the accounting and reporting systems, manage and oversee the transactional accounting performed by the DG Shared Service Finance team in the Philippines with respect to these Portfolios Research, document, and apply US GAAP and IFRS Accounting Principles related to US operations. Develop the tools to streamline and manage the IFRS to US GAAP conversions and vice versa (where relevant). Analysis will be primarily related to revenue recognition, sale-lease back transactions, business combinations/purchase accounting, consolidations, tax equity accounting, asset retirement obligations, derivatives accounting, lease accounting and common control transactions. Ensure REN Accounting Manual for US operations remains up to date and aligned with reporting standards and Company guidance Oversee month-end close and accounting processes related to all aspects of entities within scope. The jobholder is reporting to the Trading Operations General Manager of the Singapore Office, and works in liaison with the trading operations in Geneva, under the local supervision of the Managing Director of Singapore office. In the frame of internal procedures, formalizing the Trading negotiations by the drafting and sending of commercial contracts, having controlled the coherence and the feasibility of the negotiated issues. It implies a good knowledge of legal, financial and operational terms governing this type of contract. • Evaluating / estimating all the costs derived from a transaction and communicating all operational data having a financial impact on Trading results (prices, hedges, freight, currency…). • Guaranteeing a satisfactory management of storage and processing contracts (quantities/qualities/financial exposure). • Coordinating logistics of all loadings/unloadings by sea and/or overland and avoiding/minimizing the various hazards/mishaps • Liaising with E&P entities to secure and optimize marketing of TotalEnergies crude equities from Gulf area.
